Dedicated to Mr. Rogers.

This special poem is dedicated to Mr Alan Rogers, principal of Lodge International School, whom is moving back to England, UK.

Best thing since sliced bread, the English always say,
You are of all the principles, the best in every way,
A friendly personality has made you who you are to be,
In debt we all are to you, all ready to be set free.

Like a dove soaring in the sky, a beautiful sight in mind,
New experiences, new memories, of all kinds you’ll find,
But keep in mind, and never forget, the ones you have made here,
For you will never be forgotten, a friend we loved so dear.

You’ll look upon your life someday and realise one thing,
That as you sit, sipping tea and hear the little birds sing,
All the lives you changed will come to nothing but success,
And as you’re feeling comfortable, you’ll realize you never left.
